There is a new trend by employers of labour, they ask applicants to pay to apply for a job. This is done either through sale of scratch card or sms short codes. Even federal and state govts are not left out. Scammers are now taking advantage of this as it's difficult to differentiate them from the 'cooperate' swindlers.
